Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the department's goals
Manage the team's day-to-day operations and ensure that all deadlines and deliverables are met
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
Provide coaching and support to team members
Evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback
Communicate with existing and potential customers to introduce new service products
Manage client relationships
Provide periodic reports to operations management
Plan and organize projects and tasks
Solve problems and make decisions
Manage change
Requirements required:
• Bachelor’s degree in financial and administrative sciences, accounting, or related experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field of finance and banking.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of administrative and supervisory work.
