We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced manager to join our team.Job requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the branch’s daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Achieve the branch’s growth and business objectives.

Manage the branch’s loan portfolio through business development, field visits, and achieving disbursement and collection targets.

Lead, develop, and motivate the branch team while fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Monitor and maintain portfolio quality while minimizing credit risk.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients and the local community, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial sector, microfinance, or a related industry, including supervisory or managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of lending operations and credit portfolio management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
