Job requirements:

Vitas Jordan is seeking to hire a Credit Monitoring and Review Officer to join the Credit Monitoring and Review Department team. The successful candidate should have the required experience and skills to analyze and assess financing applications and provide credit recommendations in accordance with the company’s policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze financing applications submitted by companies and institutions.

2. Analyze financial statements and bank account statements, and assess creditworthiness.

3. Evaluate cash flows and clients’ repayment capacity.

4. Conduct field visits and prepare visit reports.

5. Identify credit risks and recommend mitigation measures.

6. Prepare credit recommendations and submit them to the relevant committees.

7. Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory instructions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit, preferably in corporate finance or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) financing.

• Good knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial ratios, and cash flow analysis.

• Ability to prepare credit assessments and write credit recommendations.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
